The new form. Cat Emily!

Okay the form  chosen was kinda mixed off what suggestions were. Now when it came to existing forms Emily already had weapon, magic, range, defense and aerial power. So what did she NOT have? Well she doesn't have a CQC from or something like a sensory form (Something to let her find things).
So yeah, she uses the Cat bell for her cat form! The details are on the picture~
